• Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp): Your interactions with us on Meta platforms (including WhatsApp Business API) are also governed by Meta’s respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for Meta’s practices.
• Google (Google Ads, Android): Your use of our Android App and interactions with our Google Ads are also governed by Google’s respective terms of service and privacy policies.
• Apple (iOS App Store): Your use of our iOS App is subject to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and other applicable Apple policies.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your Account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or follow the instructions on our Website/App for account deletion.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the courts located in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Eqtiking on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eqtiking regarding the Services.

• Waiver: No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Eqtiking’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
• Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations hereunder where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation.
